Database Management/Computer Aided Design(CAD)

Support the Facility Information Management System (FIMS) data base and meet all scheduled reporting requirement set for FIMS data managers in support of the Real Property Asset Management Program (RPAM). Produce CAD (Micro station) drawings from sketches and/or oral instructions for demolition, new construction, and renovations. Construct and maintain as-built drawings and floor plans including roads and property. Maintain backup files and catalogs all electronic CAD files for quick reference. Provide custom plaque design and maintain supplies needed for engraving and assembling plaques, nameplates, division signage, and directory boards. Produce signs, pictures, posters and banners for special events.
